Keep frozen at all times until ready to cook.

The oil temperature is to be between 350º and 360º so the churro emerges golden and delicious!

It is recommended that the oil be clear in color.

If the oil is too dark, the churro will appear dark sooner - giving the impression it may be fully cooked before it is.
One of the best features and benefits of Alberto's Churros is  that with Alberto's, you don't simply "heat and serve" the way some makers require.

Alberto's Churros are always made fresh the first time and are never re-cooked to ensure a delicious taste each and every time. And the fewer times a churro is cooked, the fewer calories it contains!

A word first about Shelf Life.

The shelf life of Alberto's Churros is six months in the freezer. Alberto's Churros are not perishable -- simply  sell your quantity and store the remaining in the freezer. Just be sure to keep the churros covered in the box to protect from freezer burn.

Alberto's Churros arrive in a box of 48 units wrapped with plastic inside. These arrive in a white-colored box, 10" x 12" x 6" and approximate weight is ten (10) pounds.
Cut each churro in three or four pieces before cooking. Suggested order is two 12-inch churros cut into three pieces.

Deep fry at 355º F for no less than three (3) minutes. Then roll them in cinnamon and sugar: nine (9) parts sugar and one (1) part of cinnamon. Let cool for two minutes before serving.

The most traditional way of serving churros is just this way - they need nothing more to be mouth-watering and delicious! Enjoy!
