Our churros surprised the American market in 1996 with originality and the freshness of homemade bread, and we have since refused to turn it into another "ready to heat and serve" product like so much of our food in these times. We know very well that our product would have lost its originality by such a transformation.
At Alberto's Churros, we have been able to launch an authentic product into the market. We have worked diligently on our exclusive recipe and use only select ingredients of the highest quality and method of preparation. Without sacrificing the secret that makes the churro so delicious, we have been able to provide kitchen-fresh, crisp churros to our customers who order and enjoy them from near and far away.
We are very conscious that our unique churro creation method doesn't allow us to produce millions per day.
